Maastricht University is steadily working to keep her administrative organization in line with developments in international learning and research.
Over the years university directors of faculties and facility departments have developed a tradition of initiating every two years a study trip, in order to explore new trends and developments, as well to learn from best practices and experiences from colleagues abroad.
From 10-14 October a delegation of 20 directors led by Vice-President mr. André Postema will visit the Universität Wien (University of Vienna, Austria), and Bocconi University in Milano, Italy.
Thems for this Tour are Integrated Student Life-Cycle in Higher Education, as well as External Funding in Public institutions.
CBB = Coördinerend Beraad Bedrijfsvoering. A standing committee which members include directors of services and facilities (Finance, HR, IT, etc.), as well as the (Managing) Directors of the Schools and Faculties of the University (see http://www.maastrichtuniversity.nl/web/Main/UMOrganisation/UMOrganizationChart.htm)
